Do you sell parts for your equipment?
We stock more than 4k products including main parts and accessories for all our condensing units, evaporators and compressors.
What are your lead times?
Lead time varies depending on the type of product. We have most of our parts and accessories in stock. Condensing units, evaporators and compressors depend on capacity and configuration and are typically around 6 weeks aprox.
Do you deliver to the Caribbean Islands?
All orders can be delivered to any address in Miami, FL without additional cost (FOB Miami). We can also deliver to any port or airport in any of the Caribbean Islands (CIF)
Do you provide technical service?
We work with many contractors in the different countries for installation and maintenance of our refrigeration equipment.
What is the time of warranty for your products?
Unlike many of our competitors, who don’t offer warranty on their exports. We offer 12 month warranty on all our condensing units, evaporators and compressors.
